Adam began his professional journey in Houston’s fast‑paced oil and gas industry, gaining valuable experience and earning his Certified Public Accountant license. During his time in Houston, he also met his wife, Rachel—marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter personally and professionally.
As their family grew, Adam and Rachel felt called to return closer to home. They moved to the Victoria area, where Adam found purpose in serving local families, business owners, and high‑net‑worth individuals with integrity, clarity, and personalized care. In 2020, he achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, further solidifying his commitment to delivering thoughtful, comprehensive tax and financial guidance.
Today, Adam’s favorite part of his work is the people he gets to meet—building lasting relationships both personally and professionally.
Outside of the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his three children, coaching their sports teams, golfing, fishing, and traveling with family & friends.

Kaytlin excels in collaborating with small businesses that offer a variety of products and services. Her career is marked by a commitment to accuracy and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring clients receive precise and reliable financial data.
Kaytlin earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Howard Payne University, providing a strong foundation for her successful career in accounting.
Today, Kaytlin’s favorite part about working at Baucom CPA is getting the opportunity to meet new clients and establish a strong relationship with them.
Outside the office, Kaytlin enjoys the company of her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.

Rachel Baucom

Rachel Baucom serves as our Customer Relationship Manager and corporate Treasurer, bringing a genuine sense of care and connection to everything she does at Baucom CPA. A proud Victoria native, Rachel graduated from Memorial High School before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Houston Baptist University (now Houston Christian University). Her background in patient care gives her a unique gift for listening, supporting, and building trust—qualities that shine through in her work with our clients every day.
Rachel is married to our owner, Adam Baucom, and together they are raising three wonderful children. Whether she’s welcoming a new client, helping someone feel confident about their financial journey, or strengthening long-term relationships, Rachel’s warm personality and dedication make her an essential part of our team.
Her favorite part of her role is getting to meet so many incredible people in our community and forming lasting connections with them.
Outside of the office, Rachel loves spending time with her family, taking trips with loved ones, and giving back through community volunteer work.

Emileigh Burow

Emileigh Burow is our Staff Accountant who joined Baucom CPA in September 2025 as a part-time accounting student. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Texas A&M–Victoria in December 2025 and plans to continue advancing her education. Emileigh is committed to providing accurate, reliable, and client-focused accounting services.
Today, Emileigh’s favorite part of working for Baucom CPA is that it is a fun and healthy environment where everyone is great and so easy to work with.
Outside of the office, Emileigh enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Boone.

Laney Glass is our Accounting Associate who was born and raised right here in Victoria, Texas, and is proud to call this community home. A graduate of Victoria West High School, she is currently completing her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at the University of Texas A&M–Victoria, where she will graduate this spring. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Laney is a dedicated collegiate golfer who brings the same focus and determination from the course into her professional work.
Laney’s favorite part of working at Baucom CPA is the opportunity to connect with both our wonderful staff and our clients. She has a genuine passion for helping others, and she’s grateful to be in a role where she can make a positive difference every day.
Outside of school and golf, Laney enjoys spending time with her friends and family and loves to unwind with a little hunting and fishing whenever she gets the chance.
